CreditAssist Financial Services' Privacy Policy

At CreditAssist Financial Services ("CreditAssist") we recognize that your privacy is important. • Public sources, such as bankruptcy records and real estate records;
• CreditAssist uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use our services in order to improve the quality of our services; and
• CreditAssist's servers automatically record information when you visit our website or use some of our products, including your URL, IP address, browser type, the language used, and the date and time of your visit.

• To provide the services you've requested as well as services that display customized content and advertising;
• We may share information about customers and former customers with companies in our corporate group;
• For auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve CreditAssist's technologies and services;
• We may share aggregated information that does not identify you with outside companies;
• CreditAssist does not share identifiable information about customers or former customers with third parties except as permitted by law. For example, collected information may be shared with third parties to service or enforce accounts; with credit reporting agencies; with law enforcement agencies as required; to comply with legal process; to prevent fraud or imminent harml and to ensure the security of our network and services.

• We maintain physical safeguards, such as secure areas in buildings; electronic safeguards, such as passwords and encryption; and procedural safeguards, such as customer authentication procedures to prevent ID theft. Access to information about you is restricted to authorized employees obtaining the information for business purposes.
• We require outside companies that we hire to perform services for us to comply with our Privacy Policy, to keep your information safe and secure, and we do not allow them to use or share the information for any purpose other than the job they were hired to do.
• CreditAssist processes personal information on servers in the United States and in other countries.

• We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible.
• You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result.
• We will make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it, when reasonably possible.
